{H. Family} Rapid City Portrait Photographer

HAPPY! What a happy family. I could't help but leave this house with a huge smile on my face. These kids were so easy to photograph, their smiles came naturally. Here are just a few of many:

{S. Family} Black Hills Family Portrait Photographer

Thank you S. Family for inviting me to spend the afternoon with you!

I had a blast with this family. The kids were amazing even though the little man was tired and just wanted to do his own thing. What a beautiful summer day to spend with an amazing family!

{Hannah} Rapid City Senior Portrait Photographer

What a beautiful day to spend with Hannah and my wonderful sister. Hannah is such a beautiful young woman. She was such a great girl to photograph. She hiked a ways, climbed trees, and even got into the creek without any complaints. What an amazing day! Here a few of my favorites:

{Home Sweet Home}

My husband and I just recently gave up city life for a little bit of earth in the country. We were house shopping for over three years and while I preferred to live in suburbia, he insisted on the country. When we bought this beautiful home it was a big change for me. I gave up my job to stay home with our girls, ages 4 and 6. We have been here for   9months now and I am still adjusting to country life.

This is our 'new' old house. It was built in 1920, there are two outbuildings, it sits on almost five acres, and is just on the outskirts of a little town. This town features a two room school, k-8th, a post office, a church, and the old school building is used as a community center, community church, and a museum.
We have many plans to fix up this old place, but for now we are just enjoying what this house and town have to offer. One thing's for sure life is alot less stressful out here and I now have time to spend with my kids, read books, and try new things.

Life is good!
